Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your course must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any credit hours if credited would be debited as well.
Cancellation Policy
We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. The request has to be made at [email protected] with your email ID and Phone number used during registration.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All CME / Workshop / Course comes with one free Unit. Within the 15 days of delivery, you can refund the product in case you do not like it.
A Refund Request will be deemed valid only in unavoidable circumstances, if the student is not able to get access of the course or for a technical glitch, the student had made multiple payments for a single course during purchase.
In such events buyer / subscriber can email to [email protected] within 7 days from date of payment made.
Exchanges
No exchanges of the course would be entertained under any circumstances, Buyers/ Subscribers are requested to kindly go through the free unit associated with the course before making any payment.
